Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Welcome to Sea Tern, a pet-friendly three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in the beautiful Windmark Beach community of Port St. Joe. Beach access is directly across the street, with approximately one block between the townhome and the shoreline. Follow the natural footpath through the coastal dunes and you'll be on your way to a day on the sand.

Inside, Sea Tern is comfortable, inviting and designed for easy coastal living. The first floor features an open living and dining area along with a fully stocked kitchen with stone countertops and all major appliances. A convenient half bath and full-size washer and dryer are also located in the home, giving you everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary suite features a king bed and an attached private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower. Sleeping up to seven guests, the layout is ideal for families, couples traveling together or a getaway with friends.

Sea Tern is also dog friendly, welcoming up to two dogs with a maximum weight of 60 pounds each, so your four-legged family members can join the beach vacation too.

Beyond the beach, Windmark Beach offers miles of walking and biking paths, boardwalks, a playground, Village Green, amphitheater and additional coastal access points throughout the community. Guests also have access to two community pools with restrooms and outdoor showers, located just a few blocks from Sea Tern and about a two-minute drive away with convenient parking. The nearby Village Center offers dining, shopping and gathering spaces, while downtown Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach are both just a short drive away.

The garage provides convenient storage for beach gear during your stay, with vehicle parking available in the driveway. With the beach one block away, two community pools nearby and plenty to explore throughout Windmark Beach and the surrounding coast, Sea Tern makes it easy to settle in, slow down and enjoy Florida's Forgotten Coast.

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- Dog friendly property. Up to 2 dogs permitted (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats and restricted

dog breeds are not permitted.

- Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.

- Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.

- Pool heat is provided October through November and March through April.
