Located in laid-back St. Joe Beach, Seminole Wind is a colorful, pet-friendly retreat just one block from the Gulf of Mexico. With partial water views, room for nine guests, and great indoor and outdoor spaces, this home is perfect for families or small groups looking to relax and reconnect.

Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to kick back on the oversized sectional and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up coastal meals—from fresh shrimp pasta to a simple beach picnic. Step out onto the screened-in porch for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink as the Gulf breeze rolls in.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the main floor, there's a guest room with two full bunk beds, a twin trundle, and a convenient half bath—perfect for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious king bedrooms, each with their own en suite bath and walk-in shower for added comfort and privacy. A pack-in-play is provided for ease and comfort of all ages.

Out back, the screened patio offers a private hot tub and outdoor TV—ideal for winding down after a day at the beach. The open lawn gives the pups room to play, and there's even space to park a boat if you're planning to get out on the water.

When you're ready to explore, downtown Port St. Joe is just a five-minute drive away, with locally owned shops, restaurants, and seafood markets waiting to be discovered.

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.
