Sea'ing Stars

New Wave is excited to welcome our newest property, Sea'ing Stars!

Snowbirds are welcome, simply send an inquiry with your specific dates to receive a reduced quote for review.

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable on reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Located just yards away from St. Joseph Bay with partial water views from the front porch, Sea'ing Stars faces West offering stunning cotton candy skies at dusk and dawn. The City Center offers bars, restaurants, gym, and shopping. There are nature trails to enjoy and miles of coastline to explore with deeded beach access, and a shared (heated) community pool.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom, sitting chair, and flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub, and large closet. Turning in for the night is easy at Sea'ing Stars with four bedrooms to choose from.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of natural light for reading.

The second guest bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed with a flat screen television and chest of drawers.

Located between the aforementioned guest bedrooms is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third guest bedroom offers a queen bed with flat screen television and chest of drawers. All bedrooms have a designated closet as well.

The kitchen and living room boast an open floor plan with natural light and alfresco dining options on the rear patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all major appliances. A starter supply of amenities are provided but depending on the length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat screen television with cable and highspeed Wifi throughout.

Garage access is provided and can accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional amenities include an electric infrared grill, propane fire pit, 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, beach toys, ladder ball, bocce ball and cornhole games.

Sea'ing Stars offers comfortable accommodations with resort style amenities. Whether coming to explore the great outdoors or just coming to relax, Sea'ing Stars provides ultimate accommodations for all.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

*The pool is heated November-February; the second pool is still under construction as is ongoing construction nearby

*Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, no garage access

*Street Parking is not permitted

* Boats and trailer parking is prohibited

* Please be aware, the owners have a ring doorbell on the front door

* Signed rental agreement required for access to be provided

* Guests are charged for stained linens
