Excellent Beach House
Our mother/daughter group of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. You have a view of the gulf (at least for now unless new construction occurs), easy walk to the gulf, and the beach is very uncrowded at the walkover for this property, especially being that it was June when we stayed. We never had anyone closer than 50 feet from us any day we were on the beach. The house is decorated with beautiful beach decor, the beds were very comfortable, the air worked great, and water pressure was wonderful. We didn’t cook a lot but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped with a new blender, electric griddle and keurig coffee maker as well and various pans, bowls and plenty of silverware. There is nice covered parking and a hose to rinse off the sand. There are three TV’s (every room except the twin BR), and there were a few beach supplies - cooler, wagon, a few chairs, umbrella and a few sand toys. Contactless check in and easy lighted door access - everything was seamless and hassle free from check in to check out. My only suggestion would be to have nicer towels in the second bathrooms. The ones in the master were nice and soft, however the second bathroom was very small, thin and rough and you may want bring a couple extra.
