Just a short stroll from the community pool and deeded beach access, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests with thoughtfully designed living spaces that invite you to slow down, reconnect, and make memories together.

The open-concept main level is bright, welcoming, and designed for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen features generous counter space, a wine cooler, seating for three at the breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare anything from beach snacks to family dinners. The adjacent dining area seats six, making it easy to share meals, stories, and laughter after a day in the sun. The comfortable living room provides plenty of seating for movie nights, game nights, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

Also located on the first floor is a queen guest bedroom and a convenient half bathroom, making this level ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Step outside to the covered porch where comfortable seating creates the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or a peaceful evening listening to the sounds of the coast.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms designed with comfort in mind. One guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the bunk room offers two queen beds plus a twin trundle, creating a fun and flexible sleeping space for larger groups. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The primary suite serves as a private retreat all its own. Featuring a king bed, private screened porch, and spa-inspired ensuite bathroom, this space was made for relaxation. Unwind in the oversized walk-in shower, soak away the day in the soaking tub, and enjoy the convenience of a double vanity with plenty of room to spread out.

Every bedroom is equipped with a television, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind after a day spent exploring the Cape.

After a day at the beach, rinse away the salt and sand in the convenient hot/cold outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxing evening with family and friends.

When you're ready to explore, Jubilation offers a community pool overlooking the Gulf, scenic boardwalk beach access, and a peaceful setting surrounded by native coastal vegetation. Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a couples retreat, or a gathering with friends, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.
