Snowbirds are welcome. Simply send an inquiry with your specific travel dates to receive a reduced quote for review.
Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable on reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.
Bay House is located on SR30A near Hunts Oysters, St Joe Shrimp Company & Presnell's Marina. Best of all, Bay House has a central location between Cape San Blas and Port St Joe. An open floor plan provides ample space for energy to flow, while an abundance of windows highlights the surrounding nature. Opt for fishing in the pond or launch for a day at Presnell's Marina. No catch equals no worries with restaurant choices in town. Enjoy optional golf privileges at St. Joseph Bay or beach it at Salinas Park. A large open lawn offers ample parking and space for all your toys; boat, trailer, and even RV parking. Pool access is available at the County Club, nearly a1 minute drive, with day/weekly passes available.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed with a luxurious attached bathroom. The bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The views from the primary overlook hole #12. There is a SMART television in case watching real-live golf is not appealing.
There are 3 additional guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms accommodate the following:

Guest Bedroom 2: one king bed with television, attached bath
Guest Bedroom 3: two single beds with television, shared bath
Guest Bedroom 4: queen, bed with television, shared bath
The main living area offers an open floor plan with 18+ ceilings, gas fireplace, & SMART television. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts high end finishes and luxurious Kitchenaid appliances such as a wine cooler, free standing ice maker, gas stove-top, double ovens, private laundry & whole home water filtration system.
Additionally, the front and rear porches are screened for comfort, great options for outdoor dining. There is limited light pollution making stargazing truly magical. Bay House offers stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Nearly no restrictions, Bay House cannot be beat!

Southern Charm
Location, location, location…. This house is absolutely amazing with all the best bay views in the area and golf course views off the back. The home is very well furnished and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen is a cooks dream with upscale appliances and equipped with anything you would need. Little Slice of Paradise
This property is truly incredible. The sunsets over the front porch are mesmerizing. The house itself is incredible, new and clean. With an amazing kitchen that just screams for you to cook the days catch. One of the most amazing things and beautiful things about the property, is the lack of neighbors. You don’t have to worry about hearing anyone hooping and hollering in the middle of the night unless you brought them with you. Quiet, Serene, Zero Neighbors
If you want to be close to everything amazing about Port Saint Joe, but also want complete privacy then this is your place. It's a beautiful modern, new construction house, with an amazing glass fireplace and massive TV.. There are no neighbors on either side so you can stay up late and then sleep late as you wish with no interruptions but Mother Nature. We chartered a boat and caught our trout dinner and more for the freezer. The master suite has an amazing bathtub and shower. There's an outdoor shower too and shaded parking under the house for your cars or motorcycles. GORGEOUS!!!
Absolutely STUNNING! Between the beautiful views of the bay and the serenity this house offered, we will definitely be back! The kitchen is a dream, the refrigerator was able to accommodate all of our food and drinks! I loved the location, close to shopping and restaurants. Short Stay in Heaven
Just WOW, the floorplan of this home is absolutely great. We loved the screened in porches and views of the bay. The stars are so bright at night. LOVE this property!!
Stayed at the Bay House in February! Unobstructed west facing views of the Bay - the sunset really shows out in the evening. The property location *feels* secluded but it’s so close to Salina’s beach and restaurants in PSJ. Inside-beautifully appointed with every convenience one could ask for.
