The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. A covered lanai provides al-fresco dining options with ample seating between the dining room table and kitchen bar. Spacious living room offer comfortable seating, large flat screen television, WiFi, and cable.

Garage access is provided as are 4 adult bikes, 2 paddle boards, propane grill and beach wagon with beach toys. The City Center in Windmark offers access to shopping, fitness center, bars and restaurants and is only 2 blocks from The Pearly Pelican.
