Port Oasis

New Wave is excited to welcome our newest property, Port Oasis, in downtown Port St Joe!

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable on reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Port Oasis is a quaint duplex with great proximity to the beach and downtown! Featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for four in this cozy upstairs duplex unit. Whether you choose to cook a meal and stay in for the night, or dine out at a local restaurant, Port Oasis makes any option easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils, including a starter supply of amenities. The property is located extremely close to downtown Port St. Joe, with many dining options to suit a variety of tastes!

Bedroom one includes a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and single vanity.

Bedroom two includes a queen bed with en suite bathroom, a direct mirror of bathroom one.

All sheets and towels are included, as well as a starter supply of amenities; depending on length of stay, more may need to be purchased.

Cozy up on the couch in the living room and watch the flat screen TV, or use the balcony to watch the gorgeous sunset. Whatever you choose, Port Oasis provides all the necessary ingredients to make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Plenty of room in the driveway to bring your boat! Do not pass up the opportunity to save on boat storage/parking fees for your vacation.
